Max Cream - Managing Director -

Max Cream

After injury ended a 6 year professional playing career, Cream was instrumental in a number of successful sports focused business ventures, mainly heading sales and marketing strategies for various European sports organisations. Cream relocated to England in 2009, joining the semi-professional playing ranks, and went on to scout for various agents, sports management companies and semi-professional and professional clubs, before bringing ScholarSport to life in early 2011. In 2005, Cream attended Carnegie College in Scotland, becoming a Scottish Football Association qualified coach. He has also coached at private clinics, professional and semi-professional clubs, charity clinics and sports events around the world.

Gordon Kljestan - Consultant -

Gordon Kljestan

Kljestan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the ScholarSport team, having played professionally with MLS, USL and USSF Division 2 organisations and having a vast network of contacts in the professional game. Kljestan is a licenced USSF coach and currently holds a coaching position with the Los Angeles Galaxy Academy. Upon graduating from New Jersey's Seton Hall University, Kljestan was drafted 10th overall in the 1st round of the 2007 MLS Supplemental Draft by the Los Angeles Galaxy. He went on to spend time with the New York Red Bulls, Cleveland City Stars and FC Tampa Bay. Kljestan's younger brother is USMNT and Belgian Pro League Champions, Anderlecht midfielder Sasha Kljestan.

Mike Randolph - Consultant -

Mike Randolph

Randolph was a stand out in the USL-1 with the Portland Timbers, where he was a finalist for the Rookie of the Year award. After an exciting first season in the USL, Randolph earned himself a move to MLS side Los Angeles Galaxy, becoming the club's starting left wing back. Several impressive displays for the Galaxy, saw Randolph be rewarded with a place in the US Men's Olympic Soccer Team. Following his successful spell in MLS, Randolph has spent time with several professional clubs in the US and has an extensive coaching resume. Randolph is a valued member of the ScholarSport team.

Beng'yela "Yela" Ngwa - Consultant -

Beng'yela 'Yela' Ngwa

Ngwa graduated from Bournemouth University with a Masters Degree in Marketing Management, having already completed a Bachelors Degree in Sport Business Management at the University of West England. Having been involved with professional youth set ups in England as a youngster, Ngwa went on to play for a very successful Bournemouth University side and competed internationally with the England Universities squad. Ngwa heads all ScholarSport EMEA projects and is a valued member of the team.
